Returning an item

We are sorry to hear that you are looking to return your item. Before you do this please do give us a call because we may be able to arrange you a replacement. If you would prefer a refund, you will need to send the item(s) back to us. Please complete the form below and allow up to 48hrs for a response to your email. Please return items to the address at the bottom of the page in a saleable, undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Retain the proof of posting until you receive a refund. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
